Enrollment Agreement · 2026 Fall Semester
Faithful. Fun. Foundational.

§ 1Parties & Program

This Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Next Stones LLC ("Provider"), a Florida limited liability company, and the parent or legal guardian identified at the signature line below ("Family"), on behalf of the student named on the Enrollment Form ("Student"). Provider operates a Christ-centered, in-person educational program with two enrollment levels: Foundation Level and Leadership & Discipleship Level.

§ 2Term & Schedule

The Fall 2026 Semester runs [start date] through [end date], 2026, meeting weekly for one-hour sessions at the Ever'man Educational Building, 1000 E. Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, FL 32514. Curriculum is structured in 4-week thematic units centered on foundational biblical truths. Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule individual class sessions due to weather, facility availability, or other reasonable circumstances; missed sessions will be communicated promptly and made up where feasible.

§ 3Tuition & Payment

  • Foundation Level: $40.00 per week, billed weekly.
  • Leadership & Discipleship Level: $75.00 per week, billed weekly.
  • Tuition is due by the start of each class week. Late payment may result in suspension of enrollment after a 7-day grace period.
  • Families using a Step Up For Students scholarship (Personalized Education Program / FES-UA) will have tuition processed directly through Step Up. Family is responsible for keeping their scholarship account active and approving Provider as a direct service provider.
  • The Forging path within Foundation Level does not change tuition.

§ 4Refunds & Withdrawal

Tuition for completed class weeks is non-refundable. Family may withdraw the Student at any time by written notice (email is sufficient). If withdrawal occurs before the start of a billable week, no charge will apply for that week or any following weeks. Step Up scholarship funds will be returned to the scholarship account per Step Up policy.

§ 5Faith & Curriculum

Next Stones is an explicitly Christ-centered program rooted in scripture, teaching from the Amplified Bible (AMP) and New Living Translation (NLT). Lessons, discussions, and activities reflect a biblical worldview drawing from 1 Peter 2:5, Matthew 7:24–27, James 1:22, and the broader guiding scriptures referenced in our published materials. Family acknowledges this faith-based orientation and consents to Student's participation. Provider welcomes students of all ages and backgrounds based on spiritual readiness; respectful participation is expected of all enrolled students.

§ 6Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to engage respectfully, participate constructively, and treat instructors and peers with kindness (Colossians 3:12–15).
  • Disruptive behavior, harassment, or repeated unwillingness to engage may result in a private conversation with Family and, if unresolved, removal from the program.
  • Parents/guardians are encouraged to support consistent attendance and reinforce verses and lessons at home as part of our Parent Partnership commitment.

§ 7Media Release

Family (initial one): _____ Grants / _____ Declines permission for Provider to use photographs or video of Student taken during program activities for marketing, social media, and educational purposes. No identifying personal information (last name, address, school) will be published alongside a Student's image without separate written consent.

§ 8Health, Safety & Emergency Contact

Family agrees to provide accurate emergency contact information and to disclose any medical condition, allergy, or accommodation need relevant to Student's safe participation. Provider will follow facility safety procedures at the Ever'man Educational Building. In the event of a medical emergency, Provider will contact emergency services and notify Family immediately.

§ 9Liability

Family acknowledges that participation in any in-person educational program involves inherent risks. Family agrees that Provider, its instructors, and the Ever'man Educational Building shall not be liable for incidental injury or property damage occurring during normal program activities, except in cases of gross negligence. This clause does not waive any rights that cannot be waived under Florida law.

§ 10Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith conversation first, then mediation in Escambia County, Florida, before any other action.
