What a Unit Looks Like

A Sample 4-Week Unit.

One biblical truth, taught step by step — introduced, explored, memorized, and lived out.

Week 1

Introduce the Truth

Focused Bible teaching opens the unit's one core truth, straight from Scripture (AMP & NLT).

Week 2

Explore & Discuss

Guided discussion and group interaction draw out each student's own thinking about the passage.

Week 3

Memorize the Verse

The unit's memory verse is locked in through movement, games, and visuals — never flashcards.

Week 4

Apply & Review

Hands-on learning and fun review help students put the truth into practice (James 1:22).

Illustrative sample — final unit content will follow the client's curriculum.

The Forging

"Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock." — Matthew 7:24

Some students naturally rise — engaging deeper, taking initiative, growing in responsibility. The Forging is our path for them within the Foundation class: more challenge, more discussion, more leading. Same class. Same tuition. Earned, not assigned.

Readiness Markers

Forged, not assigned.

The Forging isn't a level you pay for — it's a posture we recognize and encourage.

Engages Deeper

Asks the next question, wrestles with the text, and wants to understand — not just finish.

Takes Initiative

Shows up ready, helps peers, and steps toward responsibility without being asked.

Grows in Responsibility

Begins to lead in discussion and models the character we teach — Head, Heart, and Hands together.
